Return and Exchange Policy
We endeavor to facilitate our treasured and valued customers to exchange their product(s) under following terms and conditions.
- Exchange is possible if the product(s) received have any kind of manufacturing defect. The customer is required to contact the call center +923001970700 or send in an email to our customer support center email@example.com, as soon as they receive the order, for timely response and action.
- Images of the defected product(s) need to be attached in the email that is to be sent to the customer care department. Our customer care representative will call to ensure the exchange.
- If found defective by the customer, the product will be collected. Upon verification at our warehouse, a coupon of same price would be issued to the customer, which can be used to shop from our website. The entire procedure takes up to 7 business days.
- The product(s) purchased can be exchanged, if you do not like your received article(s), given that the condition of cloth is new, in its original packaging, and claimed within 7 days of delivery.
- The exact color of the product(s) may slightly vary from what is seen on screen due to different lighting used in photo shoots and differences in color monitors or screen, therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- Replacement shall only be entertained after the returns have been inspected in our warehouse. If Elif Clothing quality team found that the articles were mishandled then we will not be able to consider the return.
- An exchange is subjected to availability of stock of your desired article.
- The additional shipping cost shall be borne by the company in case wrong product being dispatched to customer or those have defects.
- The additional shipping cost shall be borne by the customer if customer send the item back unless requested by our representative.
- Exchange for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.
- Sale product(s) are non-exchangeable.
- Elif Clothing does not entertain Cash Refunds in any case.
- Please do not accept order if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
- We encourage our customers only to place orders from our official website elifclothing.com.
You are at liberty to cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Elif Clothing has the authority to cancel orders due to the following reasons:
- Item is out of stock
- Pricing errors
